It’s finally almost time.
We are planning a sauce base of green/light yellow and once that is created, mixing in a special blend of our orange and premium red peppers to make it the best Tabasco pepper sauce you’ve ever had.
The plan is also to, from the batch created, split it into a garlic and non-garlic sauce for all our spicy garlic fans.
I suspect the sauce will be great and a hit by everyone who tries it.
